Data and purpose
We use the details you send us by form, email or WhatsApp (name, business, city, phone, email and products). We use them to answer you and to prepare your quotes.
Legal basis
We can use your data because you agree to it and because we need it to prepare a possible contract with you (art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR). Checking who our clients are and whether they appear on sanctions lists is based on our legitimate interest in avoiding legal and financial risks (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Service providers that handle your data
Formspree Inc. (form) and [proveedor de correo] (email) act as processors on our behalf. If your data travels outside the EU, it is protected with the safeguards the GDPR requires.
Retention
We keep your data while we work together and for the periods the law requires. The records from checking a client are kept for 5 years after the last order.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to its use, limit it or take a copy with you (rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability). Write to info@solventara.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
