Client onboarding
Know you first. Sell after.
Before your first order we ask every business for a few documents. Here is the list and the reason.
Why we ask
We check who our clients are before we sell to them. This is called due diligence. We follow the standards of Spanish Law 10/2010 on a voluntary basis. European banks ask for this before they accept your payment, and it keeps your order from getting stuck halfway.
Which documents we need
- The resolution that created your mipyme and its tax number (NIT).
- Your permit to import under MINCEX Resolution 126/2026. If you buy through an authorised private importer, send us your contract with them instead.
- Owners and beneficial owner: the people who own more than 25 % of the business, with a copy of their ID.
- The account that pays: bank, country and account holder. If someone else pays for your company, we need a signed agreement saying they pay on your behalf, and proof of where the money comes from.
- A signed statement that the company, its owners and the payer are not state entities, do not depend on one, and are not on any sanctions list.
- Destination and use: what you will sell and where. This helps us check that the product suits your business.
How it works
1. You send the documentsBy email or WhatsApp, as a PDF or a clear photo.
2. We verifyWe check your names against official sanctions lists and review your papers. It usually takes 2 to 3 working days.
3. ApprovedWe confirm it in writing. From then on we can send you the proforma, the final quote with fixed prices.
4. Periodic reviewWe check the lists again on every order and update your details once a year.
If it does not pass
We cannot work together. Sometimes, for caution, we cannot tell you the exact reason. The check costs you nothing.
Your data
We use this information only to check the order, and we keep it for 5 years after your last order. More in our privacy policy.
