How a request works

  • You tell us what you need. Product, approximate quantity and format. A photo or a data sheet is enough.
  • We search and compare. We ask several suppliers for a price, check quality and terms, and recommend one.
  • We quote and buy. A firm product price and an estimate of the cost to Havana. We buy once you confirm and pay.

What we check first

  • That it can be imported. Cuba has a list of prohibited and restricted goods. We check yours is not on it.
  • That it stays out of sensitive sectors. We do not work with energy, telecoms, defence or goods with possible military use.
  • Sanitary registration. Food, cosmetics and cleaning products need sanitary registration in Cuba, which your importer applies for. We tell you which documents are needed.
