Guide
How to pay a European supplier in euros
Why you pay before we buy, from which account, and what papers we will ask you for.
Why you pay first
Paying first lets us buy straight from the factory without taking a loan, and reserve your space in the container. Before you pay, you get a proforma invoice: a draft invoice with every detail of the order.
From which account
The transfer must come from an account outside Cuba, in the name of your business or of your representative. BCC Resolution 102/2026 covers foreign currency accounts abroad. Check the details with your bank.
What we will ask for
Your company details, the ID of the account holder and where the money comes from. We choose to follow the client checks of Spanish Law 10/2010. European banks expect it, and it protects you and us. See client onboarding.
What we do not accept
Cash, payments from people or companies with no link to the order, or transfers from state entities.
How long it takes
A SEPA transfer between European accounts usually arrives in one or two working days. If the payment comes from outside the euro area, it can take longer. We buy once the money is in our account.
What you receive when you pay
An invoice with the order details and a written confirmation when we receive the payment. Keep both, your importer may ask for them.
If something does not go as expected
If an order cannot be completed, we explain it in writing and propose a solution before spending your money. What is agreed is set out in the terms of sale.
